How do I know once my order is confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully authorized and your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Narmi Boutique. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and the total amount paid.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders within India?
Delivery times vary depending on the location. Orders to metro and Tier 1 cities typically arrive within 3–4 days, while deliveries to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities usually take 3–5 days. For certain locations such as the North East and Jammu & Kashmir, delivery may take between 5 to 7 days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Are there any shipping charges?
A shipping charge of Rs.150 will be applicable to all domestic orders below Rs 2500. The charges will be waived off for an order value of Rs.2500 or above.
Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
What is your Return Policy?
Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2–3 working days of receiving your delivery. We only accept requests in the following specific cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any structural damage or weaving defect.
- Incorrect Product: If you received a different design or color than what was ordered.
To help us review your request quickly and fairly, we kindly ask for the following:
- Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous, and unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. The video should clearly show the shipping label and the issue, if any.
- Original Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

How do I initiate Return/Exchange?
If unfortunately you have to return or exchange an order, please do so within 2–3 working days of receiving your delivery by contacting us via Whatsapp or Email.
