Return & Exchange Policy

At Narmi Boutique, we take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Each item undergoes a thorough quality check before being shipped to you. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2–3 working days of receiving your delivery. We only accept requests in the following specific cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any structural damage or weaving defect.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a different design or color than what was ordered.

2. Mandatory Requirements

To process any claim, the following are strictly required:

  • Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. This video must show the shipping label and the defect clearly.
  • Original Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original price tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Color Variations: Slight differences in shade due to screen resolution or digital photography.
  • Fabric Feel: Dissatisfaction with the texture or material of the fabric.
  • Fit & Alterations: Issues related to size/fit or products that have been altered/stitched.
  • Usage: Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom Orders: Any customized, altered, or Pre-Booked products.

4. The Exchange Process

Request: Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9659292222 ) or Email returns@narmiboutique.com within the 2–3 day window.

Review: Our team will review your unboxing video and details within 1–2 working days.

Shipment: Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return.

Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the original item, your replacement will be shipped to you free of additional shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

We offer Exchanges only for defective or incorrect products.

Refunds are only issued if the specific item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

Please note: Customer-initiated cancellations before dispatch will incur a 2% processing fee as per our Terms & Conditions.
