Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all orders.

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹2500.

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. All made-to-order items and customized blouse pieces are completed and dispatched within a maximum of 7 days.

Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship our sarees to customers worldwide!

Shipping Charges: International shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

Delivery Timeline: International orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Customs & Duties: Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your saree is on its way, we will share a tracking link with you via Email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Narmi Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Address Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 3–6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package.

Inspection at Delivery

Your trust is important to us. Please do not accept delivery if the package appears damaged, crushed, or tampered with. In such cases, please refuse the package and contact our customer support immediately so we can assist you.

Non-Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to our warehouse. Please provide a valid mobile number and a complete shipping address to ensure smooth delivery.
