Narmi Boutique is an online platform offering curated ethnic and handcrafted products. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all stated policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Accuracy: We strive for precision in descriptions, images, and pricing. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.

Order Acceptance: Narmi Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time before dispatch. An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

Refunds on Cancellations: If payment is processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

Price Variability: Prices are subject to change without notice. Online prices may differ from those at physical stores, exhibitions, or pop-up events.

All promotional offers are time-bound and subject to stock availability.

Discount Codes: Must be applied at checkout (cannot be added retrospectively). They apply only to the product value and cannot be combined with other offers. They do not apply to shipping, taxes, or duties.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at our discretion.

Domestic (India)

Dispatch: 2–3 business days from the order date.

Packaging: Products are shipped in secure, waterproof, and tamper-proof packaging.

Security: If a package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

International

Dispatch: 10–15 business days.

Shipping Charges: Calculated and payable separately once the product is packed. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp for payment.

Import Liabilities: Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Post-dispatch, the estimated delivery times are:

Domestic: 3–7 working days.

International: 7–15 working days.

Note: These are indicative timelines. Narmi Boutique is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather conditions.

Photography: Images are taken in neutral lighting. However, slight color variations may occur due to device screen settings and resolutions.

Handcrafted Nature: Hand-woven products may feature slight irregularities in weave, texture, or finish. These are not defects but hallmarks of authentic handcrafted art.

Deadline: Requests must be made within 2–3 working days of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: A clear unboxing video showing the defect is required for all claims.

Eligible Cases: Only manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery (wrong design/color).

Non-Eligible Cases: Dissatisfaction with fabric feel, minor color variations, size issues, or color fading after wash. Customized/altered products are final sale.

Customer Cancellations: A 2% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for customer-initiated cancellations.

Refund Timeline: Processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Defective Items: We offer exchanges only for manufacturer defects; refunds are not applicable in these cases.

Timeline: Due to high demand/crafting time, pre-orders take 35–40 working days.

Policy: Pre-booking orders can be exchanged before dispatch but are not eligible for refunds.

Consent: By ordering, you consent to receive updates via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Customer Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language. WhatsApp support is strictly for order-related queries. Conversations may be recorded for quality purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
